What Ingredients Do I Need?
-Water
-Clear Face Mask Gel or Hair Gel
-Baking Soda
-Contact Lens Solution
-Two Small Bowls
-Two Spoons
-Airtight Container for Storage
Recipe:
(This is for a small batch. All measurements are approximate – you may have to adjust up or down to get the consistency and amount you want)
Water – 3 to 4 tablespoons
Face Mask Gel – 1 to 2 tablespoons
Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Contact Lens Solution – 1 to 2 tablespoons
Step 1: Place your water into a bowl.
Step 2: Add the face mask gel to the water and begin to stir.
Step 3: Stir the mixture well until the gel has completely combined with the water.
Step 4: Place the baking soda into a separate bowl.
Step 5: Add the contact lens solution to the baking soda.
Step 6: Stir very well until the baking soda has completely dissolved in the contact lens solution.
Step 7: When both bowls are mixed well, slowly add the baking soda/contact lens solution mixture to the water and face mask gel mixture.
Step 8: Begin to carefully stir the two mixtures together.
Step 9: The mixture should begin to thicken up as you stir. Keep stirring until it forms a slime consistency, pulling and stretching the slime as you stir.
Step 10: Once the slime has thickened up to the consistency you desire, you can remove it from the bowl and begin to knead it with your hands.
Step 11: You’re all done! When you are through using your slime, be sure to store it in an airtight container to keep it nice and slimy!
